This Privacy Policy describes how Cloud Studios Teknoloji Yatirim Anonim Sirketi ("Cloud Studios", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile applications (the "APPS"). By using the APPS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Photos and Videos (AI APPS only)
The specific photos or videos you choose to upload for AI generation. We do not collect or access your entire camera roll, even if you grant permission to it. We take steps to remove metadata (such as geotags) before processing.
Account Information
If you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address (or a private relay address if you use "Hide My Email").
Purchase Data
If you make an in-app purchase, we receive a transaction record from Apple. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not collect or store your payment card information.
Usage and Device Data
We automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, device type and operating system, unique device identifiers, screens visited, time spent in the APPS, and diagnostic data.
Local Data (Utility APPS)
Certain utility APPS may store preferences, location, or progress data locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is deleted when you delete the APP.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide and operate the APPS, including AI generation features;
- To process purchases and manage your account;
- To respond to your requests and provide support;
- To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve the APPS;
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
HOW WE HANDLE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
When you generate AI content, the photos or videos you upload are sent to our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Google Cloud) and to our AI generation providers (Kling AI and Google) solely to produce the requested output. We do not extract or store biometric identifiers, perform facial recognition, or use your content for advertising, authentication, or model training.
Uploaded media and generated outputs are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share information only with the following service providers, who are bound to use it solely to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, hosting, and storage (AI APPS).
- Google Cloud — supplementary hosting and processing (AI APPS).
- Kling AI (Kuaishou) — AI video generation (AI APPS).
- Google (Gemini) — AI content analysis and generation (AI APPS).
- Firebase (Google) — analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Apple — authentication, in-app purchases, and refund handling.
If you request a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about your in-app purchase activity. This could include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and users, and in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
RETENTION
- Uploaded photos, videos, and AI-generated outputs: deleted within 30 days of generation.
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account; deleted within 30 days after account closure.
- Purchase records: retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Usage and diagnostic data: retained for up to 12 months.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in Turkey, and our service providers operate globally. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and server-side purchase verification. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHILDREN
The APPS are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required, notify you through the APPS or by other appropriate means.
